Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and p65 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the online gaming platform accessible at p65.biz ("the Platform"). The Company is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to offer online casino and sports betting services to eligible players in the Philippines.
These Terms apply to all services offered through p65, including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slot games, sports betting, online bingo, crash games, and all associated promotional activities. By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines published on p65.biz, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, subject to the notification procedures described in Clause 14 of this document.
Eligibility and Registration Requirements
To register and use a p65 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and is non-negotiable. p65 enforces age verification through its Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
- You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other non-natural legal entity.
- You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of gameplay and are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under applicable Philippine law.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of p65 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology suppliers.
- You are not a self-excluded player or a player whose account has been previously terminated for cause by p65.
- All information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
Registration is limited to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. If p65 determines that a player has registered multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and winnings may be forfeited, regardless of which account was used for wagering.
Account Management
Once registered, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p65 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. p65 will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to:
- Notify p65 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Keep your contact information (email address, mobile number, and payment method details) current and accurate in your account profile.
- Complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration, or sooner if prompted by p65 compliance staff.
- Cooperate fully with any compliance, fraud prevention, or identity verification requests made by p65 or its authorized partners.
p65 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account pending completion of verification checks, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance reviews. During a suspension, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted. You will be notified of suspensions via your registered email address.
Deposits and Payment Methods
p65 accepts deposits through the following PAGCOR-approved payment channels available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph (Instapay), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and account tier.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your name. p65 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts for deposits. If deposits are received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, p65 may freeze the account pending investigation and may return the funds to the originating source.
Deposits are generally credited to your p65 wallet instantly for GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfers may take up to 5 business minutes. p65 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawals of available funds from their p65 wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- KYC verification must be completed and approved prior to any withdrawal being processed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
- Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the p65 account.
- Funds derived from active bonus balances are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
- p65 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged by the risk management system.
Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or if additional compliance review is required. p65 targets a 99% or greater withdrawal success rate and monitors processing performance continuously.
p65 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard GCash and Maya transactions. Third-party transaction fees imposed by the receiving payment provider are outside p65's control and are the responsibility of the player.
Bonuses and Promotions
p65 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering multiplier") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
- Expiry: Bonuses expire 7 days after issuance unless the relevant promotion states a different validity period. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the bonus balance.
- Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is ₱200. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
- Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific game contribution rates are published on the promotions page.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the prior bonus being voided.
- Eligibility: p65 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion and to modify or withdraw a promotion at any time, subject to these Terms.
Game Rules and Player Conduct
All games offered on the p65 platform operate according to specific rules published within each game or game category. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or reversal of a legitimate game outcome.
All slot games and RNG table games on p65 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. All live dealer games are streamed from licensed studio facilities. Certified Return to Player (RTP) rates for slot games are published by the game providers and are available on request.
p65 reserves the right to void bets and reverse winnings in the following circumstances:
- Technical malfunction of game software that produces an erroneous outcome.
- Human error by a live dealer that is identifiable from the game recording.
- Evidence of collusion between players or between a player and a dealer.
- Violations of these Terms or the specific rules of the game in question.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p65 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities or PAGCOR:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering or terrorist financing purpose, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
- Registering an account under a false identity or on behalf of another person.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to p65 support immediately. Exploiting a bug for financial gain is treated as fraud.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward p65 staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel on the Platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the p65 Platform, including but not limited to the p65 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software, is the property of p65 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, sell, or create derivative works from any p65 content without prior written authorization from the Company.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p65's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
p65 shall not be liable for:
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a player's account due to the player's failure to maintain credential security.
- Interruption of service resulting from technical issues, maintenance, third-party network failures, or force majeure events beyond p65's reasonable control.
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Losses related to changes in Philippine gambling legislation or regulatory requirements that affect Platform operations or service availability.
Nothing in these Terms limits p65's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by p65's negligence, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law.
Privacy and Data Protection
p65 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at p65.biz/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
p65 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with authorized service providers (payment processors, game suppliers, KYC verification partners) under contractual data processing agreements, and with regulatory authorities (PAGCOR, AMLC) as required by law. Responsible Gaming
p65 is committed to promoting responsible gambling behavior and complies with all PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, including:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour processing period.
- Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders when a session reaches a pre-set duration.
- Reality Checks: On-screen alerts displayed at player-configured intervals to show total time and net play result for the current session.
- Self-Exclusion: Voluntary temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Temporary exclusions cannot be reversed before the chosen expiry date. Permanent exclusion is subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before processing.

Account Suspension and Termination
p65 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary rules applicable to a specific game or promotion.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, cheating, collusion, or money laundering, pending investigation.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Receipt of a chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against p65.
- Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age.
- Request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.
You may also close your p65 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any eligible remaining balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within 10 business days following completion of final compliance checks. Voluntary closure does not affect any pending dispute or investigation.
Amendments to These Terms
p65 may amend these Terms at any time. When material amendments are made, p65 will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file or via a notice displayed on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect 14 days after notification, or immediately in cases where changes are required to comply with PAGCOR regulations, Philippine law, or an order from a competent authority.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the p65 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are required to first submit a formal complaint to p65 through the official support channel. p65 will respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days and will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes without resort to litigation. Disputes involving the interpretation of PAGCOR regulations may be escalated to PAGCOR for adjudication.
